When your trial ends you'll be prompted to add a payment method and choose monthly or annual billing. If you decide not to continue, your account is simply deactivated — your data stays on file for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it's deleted. You're never charged automatically without your permission.
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time with no penalty and no notice period. On a monthly plan your access continues until the end of the billing period. On an annual plan you keep access for the remaining months you've paid for — we don't offer partial-year refunds, but we'll never charge you again after you cancel.
Yes — the £19/month (or £190/year) price is per venue. Each venue gets its own workspace with its own staff, shifts, and rotas. If you run two sites that share staff, you'd have two separate subscriptions. If you have three or more venues and want to discuss a group rate, get in touch and we'll work something out.
No contract. Monthly billing runs month to month with no minimum term. Annual billing is a 12-month commitment paid upfront — in exchange you get two months free. Either way, you're not locked in long-term and there are no cancellation fees.
No. When you publish a rota, each staff member receives an email with a personalised link. They tap it, see their shifts, and that's it — no account, no password, no app to install. Staff can add the shift view to their home screen if they want quick access later.
